Quality Care is an independent care provider delivering reliable, honest and high-quality home care visits to clients in and around the West Midlands.  We also provide very reputable Live-in care service to people in the surrounding areas.

The company was set up in 2020 with the passion to deliver exceptional care, where and when people need it, We believe our dedicated staff achieve this each and every day of the year.

We are:

•  Upfront and transparent about our home care costs.  There are no hidden fees or lengthy notice periods.
• Very Flexible with our payment methods and options.

• Depending on your individual care needs, home care costs will vary.
• Visiting care is charged at an hourly rate.
• Live-in care or 24 hour care is quoted on either a daily rate for short term respite.
• We will always discuss the level of care that is right for you and whether the cost of home care is practical and financially sustainable for you and your family.
